Aim: The aim of this case presentation was to highlight the importance awareness two different coexisting pathologies, as well emphasise that early diagnosis and prompt management are essential manage pemphigus vulgaris. Pemphigus vulgaris is a rare, life-threatening autoimmune disease characterised by presence blisters on surface oral mucosa caused antibodies against adhesion molecules cell keratinocytes. Coexistence with various conditions, notably herpes simplex virus, noteworthy. Case report: We report middle-aged female who presented non-healing ulceration turned out be consequently triggering Histopathology immunofluorescence were suggestive vulgaris, but immunohistochemistry polymerase chain reaction indicative virus infection. Conclusion: coexistence viral infection poses therapeutic challenge.
